Allow yourself to be spoiled with our Saxon delights for the taste-buds, cleverly refined with ideas from Mediterranean cooking which Count von Wackerbarth once brought to baroque Saxony from his trips to Italy, France or Austria. The head chef instinctively combines excellent dishes made with freshly prepared local ingredients with herbs from the estate's own herb garden.
