Our sparkling wine

From the grape to the bubble: sparkling wine production

Sparkling wine is achieved with a second fermentation. A completed and carefully selected base wine is mixed with a small quantity of sugar and yeast which causes the wine to ferment again. In doing so natural carbonic acid is produced and preserved, becoming the decisive attribute of the bubbling wine.
